A question about "Timed Group Membership"
By default in phpBB, leaders have the option to add users to their group within the UCP.
What you want is to simply add a "time" option there or do you want a separate button for that function in each user's profile?

The first one.
The ideal situation is copying the way users are banned to the banned users group, asking each time a time with a dropdown menu.
This comes in handy for some situations, such as a "premium" temporary group or a punitive soft ban one.
