Problems with installation, uninstallation

Yesterday I first time downloaded the extention from this site and the version was 1.0.2

I had a timeout problem when installing (504) When installing the extention there were no messages about successful installation. After clicking "enable ext" the page was loading and loading... After a while I got 504. Extention was not installed but the data was, so I had to click "enable ext" once again to make it work. Everything seemed to work fine but when I tried to delete any reaction in "Configure Reactions" - it didn't work.

I decided to reinstall. I disabled the ext. Clicked "delete the data" - and again there was a timeout. But the ext was disabled and there were no link "delete the data" any more. I cleared the cache and deleted the files from the server. I thought the archive coud be corrupted and decided to download again. And this time I got 1.0.3 version for download

But nevertheless again while installing I had a timeout.
And I still have the same problem - I can't delete reaction from Configure Reactions I onlly can disable them

I've about 30 extentions installed but non of them similar to yours - I don't have another reaction system and never had.

No errors in logs when trying to delete reactions.

One of the installation steps is to create a new index on the phpbb_posts table. It is possible that in certain cases, with many posts, this task takes a long time and a timeout occurs.
I may have to remove the function of showing the score within the viewtopic page, since that's why all of this appears.

I can't fix the problem in this version, but I will try to do so in the next one.
An option right now would be to install it through the command console, where there is no timeout or, if you prefer, I can refund the money, since it doesn't work for you.

Thank U for the answer. No I don't need the refund anyway. It almost works and the ext is good and necessary.
Unfortunately I don't have enought skills to install it through the command console.
How can I check if the fields are created correctly? Can I somehow check are there any other errors because of timeout? The only bad symptom besides problems with installation I have - is that I can't remove the reaction in admin panel. But I can turn it off and put it in the end of the list, so I can live with it witout any problems.

What makes me worried is that because of timeout I can't be sure that all steps of installation are done properly and there will be no problems with update and other things. Because if I let users use the extention and afterwards will have to delete their reactions - it will be no good, you see.

By the way the function of showing the score within the viewtopic page slows down the forum a lot so I had to turn it off immediately.

When I try to completely delete the extention.

I tried to install the ext on my test forum which is on the same VPS and has the same settings as the main forum, but there are only 100 posts.
And the installation went without any problems. So the problems with installation are because of big number of posts as you said.

Please, before you try to delete a reaction, open the "Console" in the browser. (Ctrl + Shift + J) and see if any message appears when you press delete. That can give me clues about the error.

No errors. Everithing looks normal.

3. After clicking Yes I am redirected to the main page of admin panel. No errors and no result - the reaction remains undeleted.

Any news about new version?

And I would like to know what fields this ext creates in DB to be able to completely remove it manually if necessary as now I can't do it.
