Error on Search Page

When I hit any button on the search results page i get an:

EDIT: for some reason "check_form_key('quick_mod_form')" is false...

@Canidev, could you please take a look at this? If we're on the search page with &sf=titleonly&sr=topics ofcourse, the quickmod icons appear but doesnt work.
