Is a error in the style "latte".
To solve this, open the file /ext/canidev/chat/styles/all/theme/chat.css
and add this:

.chat-responsive-menu .fa-bars:before {
   display: inline;
}

After do the change, go to ACP and clear the cache

PD: This code will be included in the next version of the chat
