It seems that for some reason the jqueryui file is not being loaded.
Try to access the following url from your browser (by entering the url of your forum):

{your forum domain]/ext/canidev/blockgets/styles/all/template/js/jquery-ui-custom.min.js

It should appear the same as if you access this other link:
http://demo.canidev.com/phpbb31x/ext/ca ... tom.min.js
