a few issues

1. When I create block "Topic index" ordered by last post date (for last posts) and have simple block design the link to the last post (link in the column comments) doesn't work. It goes to page where the block is - for example when the block is on index page the link leads to index.php. (you can see it here: https://fotonomad.cz/forum/index.php)

2. If I write to block title words with some letters from Czech alphabet (ěščřžýáíé) they are not shown in full height - they are missing whole or at least parts of the hooks or lines above letters.
I'm not using prosilver as default style, but there is (in prosilver) the same problem with letters.

I use the Blockgets 2.0.5. and phpBB 3.3.10.
