Hello,
It seems that when I change homepage path to domain.ltd/home.php, menu links remain to use domain.ltd/phpBB/home.php.
Is it a bug ?

Hi,
Not a bug.
It's impossible to automatic detect if the "home.php" file is the homepage to apply the new home path because the name of this page can be changed.
The menu links automatic add the neccessary path if you put only the filename, but, if you put the full url "http://domain.ltd/home.php" as the link url, the link runs well.
