I would like to have an added user permission for "can be followed". Would this be possible?
Additionally, a UCP preference for users who would like to opt out (or in, actually - could be I asked for this somewhere already, apologies if I have...)

Would it be like an option for the user to disable the option to be followed or follow someone?
