I have made a small patch to solve the problem with the "media" bbcode.
I attached a zip file with 3 files inside it. The location where you should upload them is the following (Basically it is to replace the existing files):
1. parser.php > /ext/canidev/editor/libraries/bbcodes/
2. bbcode.viewer.min.js and editor.min.js > /ext/canidev/editor/styles/all/template/js/

After upload the files, clear the cache in the ACP

I think that fixed the issue, but you were right before - there's some messed up stuff with my production forum that might be affecting how this extension works that I have to work out. Thanks again for all your work on this!

If you have any other problem, you can comment here. It is possible that there is a solution.

PD: The problem with "bbcode order" can not be fixed. You can not have the two extensions installed at the same time
