I have tried in a test forum and the error does not appear always, is random.
Try the following:
- Open /ext/canidev/quickmod/styles/FLATBOOTS/template/event/overall_footer_after.html
- Find:
- Replace with:
- Clear the cache in ACP

the problem of this is that the "checkbox" api that uses flatboots interferes with all checkboxes, including those that add extensions. What that api does is modify the checkbox by other content to do the check effect with other icons. When doing so, the extension does not recognize the checkbox.
I do not understand why they did it that way instead of just doing it with css, but it's a problem.
It does not always fail and does not fail in all forums. It depends on which order the libraries are loaded
I will try to find a solution in the coming days
