I will review the problem in flatboots today.
I do not like the idea of using external libraries, in the end it translates into more files than necessary and sometimes, unnecessary load for the server
Not all servers are compatible with this function.
EDIT: Maybe it would be good idea to make use of this: https://github.com/simplepie/simplepie

Or SimpleXML?

I do not see errors with flatboots, do you see any errors in the browser error console?

I was able to fix my problem. I had edited some html files of flatboots, to try to solve js errors by adding:
head.ready(function () {
} );
But it was causing more harm then good. The solution for all js problems was to change only this: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=830#p3318
And I've revert my head.ready edits on the html blocks.
head.ready(function () {

Interesting. I have never changed anything, only added custom css.
I imagine it may be one of the extensions I am using. I'll have to disable them all and test one by one.

I'm stumped. Still doesn't work after disabling other extensions, but I have confirmed that it does work on my server with a plain vanilla install of phpBB and Flatboots.
edit: I spoke too soon. It's a conflict with the BBOpenGraph extension. If I disable it, the RSS feed block appears to accept the URLs.

That doesn't solved for me... maybe there are more exts causing this problem.
EDIT: I've tried on a clean flatboot and still same issue.
Ivan, do you want me to send you a PM with an test forum with this problem, so you can check it?

That would be helpful because the servers that I have tried work well. The problem is that in order to test I do not need a user of the forum, I need FTP access to do edits in the files. Would it be possible?
