I want to get it,
But two question:
1. My forum is in a subdirectory, /forum/
can I set portal to be on root domain? at http://mydomain.com?
2. I don't need all the modules at the moment, But i need to add custom banners on various location,
e.g. on top (at the very beggining of the page, not under navigation.)
and on both left and right column. But those banners must not have that blue bar/box around it.
Is that possible?
If yes, let me know, I'll go ahead and buy it.

Hi,
Yes, it is possible to do so. It can be done automatically from the configuration of the extension in the ACP if the forum has the necessary permissions in the main folder of your server. It can also be done manually if it is not so (you have more information in the documentation of the extension)
at the very beggining of the page is not possible with this extension.
The extension allows to put the blocks without any box around it.
You can test it in the demo:

It would be perfect if the user via UCP could choose between index or portal.

I will point out this idea for future versions but, if I can tell you that I will not add a panel in the UCP just for an option, other ideas would have to come out other than yours.
