I experience and my other member that chat ia not showing on domain.com/chat.
Sometimes they need to clear their browser cache to make the chat show.
And sometimes it will showing but takes too long to load the whole page, my chat settings are minimal.

Please, when this error occurs, open the browser inspector (or console) and see if any errors appear.

twitterFetcher is not part of cBB Chat, is the twitter api of BBOOTS style.
When a javascript code causes an error, that error is likely to affect all other javascript codes on the page, therefore it is possible that this is what affects the chat.
You should ask for support on the BBOOTS official site to correct this mistake first.
