Adjusting Position and Changing Dark Color CBB Chat 1.1.2

Good day Sir,
I would like to to know how to adjust a small difference of position of chat. I need to put it BELOW the board but ABOVE the "WHO IS ONLINE".

I already tried this method (viewtopic.php?f=22&t=723) but it did not work.. because i think it is only for cbb chat 1.1.1 and im using the latest version cbb chat 1.1.2.

About changing Dark Color, I tried to change using technique i know.. but it did not work. I tried changing background colors on CHAT.CSS both ALL styles and PROSILVER style, and it did not work, not even a scratch i did not see any changes.

By the way im using PHPBB 3.1.10 and my URL is to be forward through your mailbox if you need it so (for security reason). Below are my Styles and Enabled extensions
