Bug 1: on refresh users get disconnected how to make it so users are ALWAYS connected ie turn off disconnect.?
Bug 2 No sound at all ( on new message or delete )

I've gone through the forums and see these are OLD issues with no fixes still if your going to charge money for something at least make sure it works right.

The first problem usually is for a bad board configuration.
Please, check your cookie and url settings in the ACP.

The second problem can be caused if your explorer block the flash files. Please, check the console of your browser and give me if an error appears when the chat load.

When you logged in, the forum always put the "sid" parameter in the url.
That is a sign that you have a problem with your cookie settings
