[REQUEST] cbb Follower - few improvements

Dear Admin,

The following are few things that can be made to improve cbb follower:

1) The post "New Comment" icon that appears does not catch the attention of the viewer. I think it would be better to have it like a box on the centre of Home/Wall tab with a background message like "'Whats on ?"
This would make the viewer post their comments easily.

2) Add "Smileys" to post comments.

3) The Avatar on the Wall should be made href to ucp->change avatar so that the user can click on it and directly go to update one's avatar.
It could show a message "Change Avatar" on mouseover. Again "Change in Avatar" should go as a notification to all followers.

4) A reply with quote should be notified to the user.
