Why is after I login on my board my url like that:
myforumname.com/home.php?sid=[numbers_and_letters]
Why is that sid thing after home.php and what's the meaning of those numbers and letters?

This is the user session id used by the user.
after login, this value is saved into the cookies and, in more cases, not appears in the url anymore after login.
