Hello, I just bought and installed 'cBB Reactions' ext.
My phpBB 3.3.9 forum is based on:
- ubuntu 22.04 Server;
- nginx 1.18.0;
- MySQL 8.0.32;
- php 8.1;

After installation, I had a problem. The extension doesn't work. I can see all the emojis in the top right corner of the post, but when I click on any emoji, nothing happens. Nothing appears at the bottom of the post.

I tried disabling all other extensions but that didn't help.

Could you suggest me how to fix this?

Please see the screenshot:

Hi,

I will need some more information to try to find the problem
Please, if you use Google Chrome or Firefox, press "Ctrl + Shift + I" to open Developer tools and go to "Console" tab.
Check if an error appears there when you click on an emoji.

I have not been able to reproduce the same error on another server.
Is there any chance you can provide me with a test user to test directly on your forum?

Yes, for sure. I've sent this information by email.

Thanks!

I just checked it.
The problem you have is that somewhere you have a redirect that affects all forum pages created with extensions (it's not just cBB Reactions)

Thank you for your reply. It gave me direction as to where to look for the cause of the glitch, although it did not solve the problem. I will try to find where I have this redirection.

That "Configure" option is present in all my extensions, it's a normal behavior.
It's a shortcut to the extension's settings page, so it's easy to find it, if you can't find it in the "Extensions" tab.
