[AddOn] Paypal Donation

Addon for cBB Blockgets to use the Paypal Donation extension as one more block.
It allows the use of the donation bar on all pages with blocks and in any position.

Requirements:

1. cBB Blockgets (version 2.0.2 or higher)
2. Paypal Donation (version 3.0.2 or higher)
